Judgemental: Important personality paradox

I know the undergoing topic is very argumentative and debatable but still thought to portray my take on being judgemental, if I am.
Judgemental according to a dictionary is an adjective which means inclined to pass judgement, critical and I found a synonym for it as faultfinding. Well feels like me, yeah!
Now time to go personal before I generalise because setting a front back already reduces your chances to grow your enemity.
When I came to college I was so brilliant, serious and straight guy that anybody's parent used to think of. Still I am but yes changes are phenomenal and the time tides sways you into its transition. First year I took to shape myself in a hostel environment, remembering the dos and donts parents have told me. In between I sometimes think of the reason why I come there and for what purpose I have been sent? But after the SSB interview, I thought I become more alert in choosing friends, making girlfriends (which has not been accomplished yet) and replying to answers. This has to been because environment is shaping your story. So here I thought out, I should go judgemental without even knowing it. I had not known that someday I have to write a post on this too. Moreover, at that time I was more enthusiastic with gadgets, gizmos and fanatics technology. This all inspired me to form a group on facebook named Gizmo Guru where I would review and update the gizmos. Later the page been renamed to Cyber Guru when I reached in second year. Was my fault to go judgemental!?
In second year, we used to get projects, titles and select some of them for out projects. So in the first go I didn't found any mate for the project but choose a guy because all other were girls in the mentor's group (Girls are still a bit awkward for me but personally have no enemity over them). Then at the time of annual fest I was willing to write a paper only because i am good at writing without knowing the real essence of a technical paper. And you know whom I co authored with? It was a faculty. Beaten badly in the fest where judges made me the product salesman instead of technical writer. On return my co-author says anyways its good that you had learnt how to write a paper at least. This was a wow event. Salesman and free try all that. This scenario again made me to realise that I should go judgmental without even knowing about it.
I had not decided this I had not learnt the way of writing a technical paper. Still I have not any proper conference paper presemtation experience but I am aware of how to write and what to write in it. If I have not been judgemental how could have read so many papers, how could have distinguished between them.
But somethings are innate like the time being where you have to decide upon to choose between your father and mother (who loves you more? Indian pet question to challenge child's mentality), buying different cosmetics, opt for coaching and differentiation of people and objects and much more. So I would say rather that we all are innate judgemental.
Talking of life in general.
Remind yourself in your elementary school age where parents would polish your shoes so that we can wear them. Its also been said that the viewer looks at your shoes first than your face and yes I heartily accepts it. Now how its related? Ask those people why they are judging with our shoes alone? Ask the interviewer to check the imparted knoeledge in us. Is not called being judgemental? Let the academics alone on one side before you go on blaming me. Suppose you're on date, you're fumed with rose petals and what not, but if you're not well looking, you're not up to the mark and you will get rejected may be even before beginning of date. So why are we judging others with their outlook? Everyday we came against jurisdiction and differentiations based on judgements alone still we blame only a handful community of people to be judgemental.
Enough blaming and negativities, see some positive aspects too.
We judge because we have to live and to survive. If we won't judge people or apples we would fall ill or we would make others to fell ill. I we want tell somebody about their faults after judging how would the become right on their own. We would not have been able to cast our votes. We may not have any press and media required to criticise government policies. If people wouldn't have been judgmental we neither have needed judiciary nor this word 'judgemental'.
